DLD、SLD系列螺旋速凍裝置的不銹鋼物料傳送網(wǎng)帶在凍結(jié)間內(nèi)做螺旋式轉(zhuǎn)動，從而實現(xiàn)物料的快速凍結(jié)。分別采用頂吹風(fēng)和側(cè)吹風(fēng)的布風(fēng)方式，凍結(jié)時間可選范圍20~90分鐘。適用于調(diào)理食品、小包裝食品、分割肉、冰淇淋等快速凍結(jié),也可用于海產(chǎn)品、水果和不宜流態(tài)化速凍的蔬菜產(chǎn)品等。

◆ 獨特的風(fēng)道設(shè)計：螺旋塔和蒸發(fā)器的外圍的檔風(fēng)板設(shè)計成對稱的、流暢的環(huán)形風(fēng)道，增強(qiáng)凍品的換熱效果而又使得進(jìn)、出料口不跑冷，而且操作人員也可隨時進(jìn)入庫內(nèi)查看運行情況。

◆ 雙面不銹鋼隔熱庫體：隔熱庫體采用雙面不銹鋼聚氨脂庫板，庫門為雙層密封條并配有加熱器，有效防止凍結(jié)。
