4、 Drum washer

The roller cleaning machine is a necessary product, otherwise, the cleanliness and miscellaneous quality of the later products are difficult to be guaranteed, resulting in the difficulty of the later products to meet the requirements

5、 Digester:

In the industrial production, the continuous plate and belt blanching machine is used to blanch corn kernels, which not only ensures the output, but also ensures the uniformity of blanching, so that the color and maturity can be effectively controlled.

In the actual production process, it is better to control the temperature in the range of 95-100 ℃ and blanching for about 5min

6、 Normal temperature, ice water precooler

The corn kernels that have been boiled must be cooled to a proper temperature before entering the quick freezing machine. Different cooling methods have different effects on the quality of the products. At present, the recommended method is that the corn kernels that come out of the cooking machine first go through the water spray cooling, then enter the normal temperature water tank for double effect cooling, and then go through the ice water cooling, which not only greatly reduces the water concentration in the water tank At the same time, it can reduce the consumption of ice water and the energy consumption of the later freezer.

7、 Roller classifier:

Because the size and specification of corn material after quick freezing are difficult to be consistent, we specially set up a low-temperature packaging room at the exit of the quick freezing machine, where we grade corn by roller, then carry out classified packaging, and then enter the cold storage.
